Because the batter was obviously going to murder the next pitch (look at the size of that bat!), in an incredibly clever coaching move, I signaled the pitcher (notice the angle of my left knee) to execute the 'Zeigarnik' play. That's where he turns and throws the ball over the first base dugout and into the dense underbrush. The game must then be suspended while the lost ball is found. Meanwhile, I steal all the other team's bats. They ultimately have to forfeit and we win yet another one due to brilliant coaching!

You can see evidence of another of my trick plays in this picture. We used to execute the "just keep running until you score because they can't see you" play if the game was really on the line. Notice the two small, and invisible, players to my left. All you can see is their hats. And, if they take off their hats, the other team can't see them at all! Clever, huh?
